TR-1000 Terrazzo tile machine

Frame structure: all of the parts are precision finished by cast steel and other high quality steel, high compressive strength, high resistance to deformation and stable performance, firm and durable.
Guide post: adopt special steel and fine manufactured, by hard chromium plating and special processing, the surface has high sliding and abrasion resistance.
Mould: use CR12 and other special mould steel materials, after forging, milling, cutting, grinding, carving and quenching, the mould has high accuracy, strength and abrasion resistance, wear well and no distortion.
Molding: mix the materials together with proper ratio, and then the mixer mix them into paste and make sure they have good liquidity, the products after pressing have high density and strength.
Product: by changing moulds, tiles in different sizes and types can be produced.
Feeding system: the doser used the pneumatic sensing drive technology, with air cylinder the mixer feed and graduated cylinder ration. the feeding has high accuracy and low error.
Control system: computer control and display system, the control system adopt Mitsubishi or Taida PLC system, integrate mechanical and electrical hydraulic pressure and pneumatic, make the whole system automation degree high and good handing. Easy to learn and use, just giving workers simple training.
